Fuel is one of the two direct outputs of refining Crude Oil in the new Oil Refinery, alongside Bitumen. It feeds the Oil Processor chain that produces usable materials.
Note: Not to be confused with the Refinery, the older ore-refining machine — this update adds a separate Oil Refinery for Crude Oil.
